I'm still confused as to how it's legal to work a person 2 hours over today, but make them take off 2 hours early tomorrow and call it 8 hrs today & 8 hrs tomorrow - because there is NO OVER TIME!!! WTF? Seriously, this can't be legal. What happened to when you worked over time and it just when on the books under OT - you could burn it when you needed it or get paid when it reached a certain level? Also the fully staffed thing - what a joke! They went around and cut our staffing plan down and wha-la...fully staffed! Yep, you're smelling bullshit!! We don't have a field force now-a-days, they are utility everyday. It's just crazy-ness!! They don't wanna pay cuz there is no money. It's all a cluster f*** if you ask me, to sort it out and fix the system would be a nightmare! I'm afraid the days of the gray-wave are over....I don't think we will ever be working with the numbers we used to. It's sad, really. We have an enormous responsibility and they just keep cutting us back to the point that people are gonna get hurt. It's pathetic and it sucks!
