In responce to let me set the standards: Yeah and I have to laugh because if I was not grand fathered in I would not qualify anymore. When I applied with TDCJ many years ago I was totally healthy. Not a thing wrong and now I can't say that. But I do agree with what you are saying but unless we get a raise the people who would qualify won't be applying.
