Bossmaningray I resent your remark. The whole basket is not wrotten I say 80% to 90% but not the whole basket. I think TDC needs to have a shrink do an evaluation on new hires just as HPD does. Some of who we have may not be dirty but as they say the lights are on but nobodys home. If they do change the standards it will be years before we would see a difference because some may continue to work until there 20 years are so.
