A time machine question

I've been playing with the symmetry of time equations and a very weird calculation I discovered. Adding de Broglie's Hypothesis and several classical physics equations creates a state in which everything to exist must exist at a given frequency. Did Tesla also learn the same thing when he created his time machine? These calculations are extremely weird and scary as hell.
