E-field and H-field measuring system

Dear Bert,
I am looking for an E-field and H-field measuring system (without contact) in order to measure electrical distribution insulation along an insulator string of a transmission line or EMF under a transmission line. Pleas let me know if you know a company who sell this kind instrument?
In addition, Do you know a company who sell salt-fog chamber and enviromental chamber equiped with High Voltage bushing?
