I've got a big decision to make..... and though I won't hold anyone accountable, if anyone has the time or inclination, I wouldn't mind hearing some views.
Basically, I've been offered another job, and don't know what to do with the pros and cons.... some major adjustments will have to be made if I decide to take it.
If anyone has the inclination or time, have a look at the top entry at My blog and let me know what you think (even if it's "go, ya twat!" - I hear ya, Caroline!)
Oh, the kicker - they're offering £4k less per year than I'm getting now......
