I'm an American journalist and currently looking to study Farsi and Tajik in Tajikstan.. perhaps at one of the state universities or Institute of Languages. However, I am having difficulty finding comprehensive information about whether or not I can enroll independently, etc. If anyone has information regarding this it would be greatly appreciated!
