May be, Tajik Foreign Minister Russian suffix of -ov can be put next of his surname:
Ovzarip, and President - Ovrahman. In this situation all family names of Tajiks can be start on letter "O"! Oriyon on "O" too! Oh, very good, nice,excellent!
