I agree with most of what he says but not all. He mentions that the Sufis are a powerful force to change Iran but seems to be advertising their plight, which makes them seem weak and powerless. Second, I think the nuclear issue is more serious than he lets on. I am not sure that this issue is a "red herring" if Iran does get the bomb it can then try to make good on its promise to destroy Israel. Oil then also becomes a hostage. Third, he over does Iranian nationalism like many others. Are we supposed to be held helpless against a terrorist regime because we might offend the people that it oppresses? It is time the Iranian people stop portraying themselves as a victim and make the Islamic regime responsible for it actions before someone else has to do it. The world needs to defend itself too and if the Iranian people want to attack people who are just defending themselves and freeing the Iranian people, only to find the Iranian people attacking them, then that will implicate the Iranian people with their own Islamic regime.
