Bear this in mind, that what RR tried to convey to all of us was that the Muslim and Islamic records of the past 1400 years has not really been shining and you should be ashamed of belonging to such a community.
I have to this day never found a true full- blooded Muslim to admit that they have been a scourge to humanity and have done untold crimes agaist the non-Muslims.
The Tajmahal that you referred to, reflects Shhah Jahan's guilt to Mumtaz Mahal for the torment he caused her in her life. There is no element of love or devotion from a Moghul Muslim. Nobility has never been a strong poit of Muslim rulers.
If you talk about Cyrus, Darius and Xerxes, these were the real magnanimous great kings.
How is it that the Jews, Zoroastrians and Christians have shown progress with time and maturity, compared to the Muslims who are still in the dark ages of cutting people's hands, stoning women and using children as suicide bombers.
All they have offered to the world is death and destruction and praying five times and attending Friday mosques and doing evil deeds all over again.
They have spread the word of Allah and Quran by threats of beheading, lies and persecution.
Look at the plight of Kurds, Armenians, Jews, Bahais and Zoroastrians, all of them have suffered from the wrath of Islam and Quran.
