I am having trouble stimulating a bark from a female Malinois I have. She has strong prey, balanced defense and fight drive. She has great hunt and a solid calm confident bite. Her bite is solid under pressure.
She will not bark.
This is a problem for a bark and hold scenario.
I have tried many stimulating options with reward toy, tug, sleeve, chase out. Nothing seems to work. She snaps her jaw with great excitement yet emits no sound. I have heard her bark, but never in training.
