Bob Eden with the International Police K9 Conference puts on a very well taught adminstrators course that goes hand in hand with the patrol dog program. He makes to the east and west coast about once or twice a year. Check www.policek9.com to find out if he will be in your area.
I have attended this week long program twice on the west coast and walked away very satisfied.
