US Supreme Court case Pennsylvania v. Mimms, 434 U.S. 106, 98 S.Ct. 330, 54 L.Ed.2d 331 (1977)states the driver can be ordered out and US Supreme Court case Maryland V. Wilson states the passengers can be ordered out of the vehicle.
