I'm taking Femara (Letrozole) because I'm post menopausal. I have joint pain everywhere - fingers, wrists, shoulders, hips, knees, elbows. I have a good friend who is experiencing the same thing. I have found that exercising makes it better (especially squats for my hips and legs). Ask your doc, there are other meds you can try. I've been hesitant to switch off mine because I had a doc tell me it's the best at blocking for post menopausal. I hate that the pain is so much that woman stop taking the drugs. I also have peripheral neuropathy that is super annoying to me. Hope you can find relief. I will take Tylenol/ibuprofen when it's bothering me and sometimes something stronger at night when I can't sleep. Sorry for the pun, but I feel your pain.
