I was diagnosed 6-22-16. Had been having a really odd tingling burning sensation in my left breast for a few months. Thought it was from sleeping on that side, underwire or another cyst. Over the years cyst had appeared in many places in my body. Was not concerned when I had this sensation. Dr wanted a mammogram. Had it done and said it seemed ok. As dr was advised, he said to add a 3-D ultrasound bc I am not one who complains or brings odd pains or issues to him. They found a very small dark area. Needle aspiration resulted in no fluid. Had to stop taking a medication and Biopsy was scheduled for three days later. The results were Cancer. I was shocked as I had expected a cyst and no one could feel a lump and I think my mind decided if you can't feel it, it's not bad??? Idk but the dr said the next day I would get a lot of phone calls setting up appoints. I don't want to burden my daughters with my fear, worry, concern ,anger....you name it, am feeling it.
