My radiologist still does tattoos, but it's not so bad. I worried so much about getting them but it turned out to be nothing more than a couple little pin pricks. Now I have 3 tiny blue dots to show for my rad. experience. My last week or so of radiation was done differently... more localized, I think. For that they used stickers as the markers. I worried and fussed about those stickers the whole time I had them, afraid they would 'move' or fall off (although the tech. told me it was no big deal even if that happened). So don't worry even if you do have to have tattoos. Compared to chemo they are NOTHING.
Yay for finishing chemo! I'm sure you'll find radiation much, much easier!
