Hi Ruby...it's so good to read that you are doing good! Do you get nervous with public speaking? They say just picture your audience in their underwear! I think there's a lot that can be said in 10 minutes, and maybe part of it can be focused on how this disease effects everyone around us...it is obvious you have drawn strength from your grandson. And how children can give you strength without them even realizing it! But you would probably do best with telling them how it has changed your life and why you are a different person today. Not sure if these ideas help.
And congrats on your last radiation! I'm heading in for my 2nd round today...only 10 sessions this time. Also...happy birthday!! And many many more! Lots of love, Karen H.
