I am going to continue to research this before I make any changes. I found this article while looking at the journal Clinical Cancer Research. I was researching another topic and stumbled on this.
I have access to a vast medical library on-line and do lots of reading. Just because it was in one journal doesn't convince me. I found this while looking for something else but now the seed has been planted and I'm going to do more researching of what studies are out there. I am also going to learn more about green med info and see what other things they are writing about.
I posted this basically to let everyone know that there are vastly different opinions about research results and nothing seems to be set in stone. When you look at statistics you can come up with different results from another person. It all depends on which side of the line you started from. This also plays a part in evaluating medical research. Do you want the research to back up your beliefs? I never believe just one source - even if it comes from the top medical journals.
We all need to learn as much as we can about bc so we can better fight it. I just wanted to raise the topic because I have found it impossible to not eat soy and it frustrates me, as it must frustrate others. This is just food for thought. Upward and onward to learning!
