Although worry doesn't solve anything it is good for you. Worry makes you question if the pain or symptom is important and you go discuss it with the doctor. If you didn't worry you would ignore things and that could get you into trouble. Don't feel bad about worry. It can be a friend. The important part is to do something positive about the worry - like get the doc to check it out.
After many years of this crap I still get concerned about new aches and pains. I go to the doc and have him worry right along side of me. I have had 2 recurrences of bc and when my body didn't feel right I would go get it checked out. I get my recurrence found sooner, rather then later. This gave me a better chance of beating the crap out of the bc again.
Try to take all that negative energy and turn it into positive energy. Be pro-active about you. Hang in there and share the worry - with the doctors and with us.
