I was in your shoes for quite some time. The only thing I would suggest in addition to talking to your Onc would be possibly meditation, yoga, exercise such as swimming which is more enjoyable than adding to the sweating like walking. You may need a little chill pill to take the edge off. I use to tell my hubby that I was in such a bad mood I didn't even want to be around myself! That seemed to prevent many arguments because I was admitting the problem was mine and it was as frustrating to me as it was to him.
