When you feel up to it, even the smallest amount of exercising - walking around the block, can really help. I started walking about 15 minutes a day after my last chemo (once I was feeling OK.....). I knew radiation could leave me more fatigued, although I'm not really sure about that. I had a month between chemo and rads, so I was able to work my way up to about 30-40 minutes of walking every day.
If weather won't permit it, maybe you can find a mall or someplace warm. That's what I did, but because it was cool!
