There are so many ups and downs with this crap. I went thru times when I couldn't focus on anything. Even like reading a book. But if you can, try to find something to focus on. Something that will get you out of your head. And don't forget to pamper yourself. If you need to lay in bed all day, do that. Watch some TV. And on the other side of that, if you are able to get up and go for a walk, even just around the block, do that. It's amazing how just a bit of exercise can clear your head.
