I had a similar situation 2 years ago. The doctor that did the biopsy is a breast specialist and a surgeon so I did have an appointment with him for follow-up review.
He explained that calcification changes need to be looked at closely, thus the need for the biopsy.
There wasn't much pain-- just discomfort.
All turned out okay for me and praying the same will happen with you.
They do watch those calcifications closely every year when I have the mammo and MRI. The way he explained it is we hope for no change in the calcifications.
