Please don't think that someone specifically tried to get into our site. It doesn't work that way and it's not the case with bcsupport.org. Hackers use robot computers that are programmed to go to servers and flush out easy passwords, overwhelm systems, or just cause havoc with the servers. In our case, it was a password problem. Remember, bcsupport.org has been on the internet long before robot computers and hackers even began to hack programs and servers. Our password was "weak" and most likely an easy target. We have changed our password to something that is much harder for a program, or robot computer to hack.
