I went to the Pink Petal this morning. It is very, very, nice. It is a pretty house like building and they sell everything including, prosthetics, wigs, hats, bathing suits, T shirts, audio tapes - everything bc related.
The fitter was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I came home with a prosthetic and two bras. I was thinking of getting a spare prosthetic until I found out what they cost. Yikes! I will stick with what my insurance buys me. I am so grateful for my insurance! I can get more bras. I can probably get another prosthetic in January anyway.
I just wish I had done this sooner. I have been wearing sports bras and "not looking" at myself.
