Struggling with Feelings

Hi girls -- it's been a while since I've come around...shame on me. I finished my Herceptin Sept-09. Lately I've been out of sorts - not sleeping well at night. Wanting to sleep during the day. Anxious, frustrated and I can't stand it. Has anyone got any suggestions on why this goes on. I see in my reading many of us go through this but I just thought I'd be "Happy" and back to normal after treatment was over, surgery done & no more day to day appts. Any suggestions - please respond
