Anyone else with post chemo sinus problems?

Does anyone else have problems with sinus headaches since chemo and herceptin? I know that a runny nose is common during treatment, but I can't seem to shake this low grade sinus headache. I'm using all the home remedies and sudafed, and I'm sure I don't need antibiotics-no real infection, just pain and some dizziness. Anyone else? any ideas?
