If your friend finds that he can't afford health insurance with the high risk factor and Peg's solution doesn't pan out...as long as he's a full time student and under 24, he will qualify for the state medicaid program in the state he lives in. It's really pretty good insurance for kids. I raised my three adopted kids on it and never got refused any treatment or meds they needed. Everything was covered 100%. Course these were pretty normal healthy kids but when one needed a mental health facility for a while it was all covered as well.
Girl, if you was catholic, we'd have to put you up for sainthood!!! You just always helping out somebody and going above and beyond the call of duties of friendship. I jez luv ya ta pieces.
