Very interesting segment on 60 Minutes tonight, regarding research on a new targeted therapy involving radio waves.
I am one of those people that wish we would spend more time, money and energy on preventing cancer (oh, but were there money to be made in that venture) - in addition, of course, to searching for cures and better treatments. I'm also cautious about "catchy" stories covering new therapies (and this one is years from human trials), but I do respect the research occuring at places like M.D. Anderson and thought other folks might find the story interesting - it's quite compelling.
