Hi Kay,
Thanks so much for your encouragement! 
I was dx in June 2009, lumpectomy with + margins in July, then had a mastectomy in August. Started chemo on Sept. 30 and doing ok so far! My Mom is a 26 year breast cancer survivor! She's 82 and still enjoys hanging out her laundry on the clothesline!
