Marie is getting ready as we are going to her yearly mammo at 1:30 afterwards we have an appointment with the nurse practitioner of her oncologist who is away..
All last night Marie kept saying the same thing that any mother would say, just like you...Somehow, whatever causes Breast cancer makes women, like my wife, Blame themselves like somehow it is their fault and worse yet that it is their fault if our children contract this (even though we hope with all our prayers that it is a false alarm)
There is a time to cry and a time to move on...I don't know exactly where we are on that continuum.....somewhere in between,
Thanks for sharing your experience, you certainly understand how Marie feels and me too.
