Hi Ed. I have been reading your posts and you are a wonderful supportive person.You will be okay. Just remember when we start to get nervous we are jumping into the worry seat. If we pray why worry it cancels out our prayer. Not an easy thing to do I know. Just take deep breaths when you feel it coming on and picture something blue like the ocean. The thoughts we think are what usually what will change our calamity to calmness. Not always but generally a great amount of the time. I am so glad that you are here on the site. It is such a helpful thing. Like taking our medicine. We will continue to hold all of you up in prayers and hugs. Remember just for today.
