ya know, boobs are highly overrated! if you are small anyway, i wouldn't worry so much about it. I had tram flap and now have a size D and a size C breast and wear a cutlet to make them even. if i had a bilateral i think i would have just not had the recon at all. I was just so uneven and only 37 when i was dx. good luck and I hope it works out however you want it too.
