Johnny....Your post does not say if your throttle advances the carb completely...squeeze the throttle with the engine covers off and watch the action on the carb throttle body...when the motion stops and with the handle still depressed, see if you can advance the carb any further....If you can move it further, you still have air or a leak in your system...If not, your carb/fuel system is mucked up, low compression, bad ignition etc....hope for a leak in the throttle.....way easier to repair..
