problem pulling motor

I have a 255cc malibu surfjet and I'm new at working on the motor. I'm trying to pull the motor but the mounting screws just keep turning like they are stripped out. Idont see any way of there being a nut on the bottom as there is no way to access the bottom. I donT have a manual for it. Know where to get one. aNny help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!
