ya you basicly need to recondition the whole board take the whole thing apart and split the hull and cut out all the foam and fix any cracks in the bottom of the hull then refill it with foam and so on well sounds like you got a big project on your hands... it takes me at least a week to complete a board.. plus another 3 days for fiberglass work and gelcoat...
: you could cut open the board in half scoop all
: foam, or drill a hole in the bottom back
: stand the board and attach a wet dry vacuum
: to the hole and dry it that way, but if
: there is water inside the board is because
: there is a hole where water made is way in
: so you will have to repair it first.
: lets rip the water

: Hello, I recently purchased a surfjet.
: However, I'm wondering why it weighs so
: much. It's the standard model (120 pds) -
: but it definately weighs a lot more than
: that. Is there something that I can do - I
: think it may have water inside (only reason
: it might weigh so much). If such is the case
: - is there a way that I can dry the high
: density foam? Please let me know. Thanks!
