Hi. Thanks for your concern but I've tried everything I can think of and I still can't get it to play. When I click on it, it says "downloading" and the little circle goes around (seemingly endlessly) but nothing ever downloads or happens.

I did a search of all files in the computer and it simply ain't here.

I'll keep trying; I'm thinking about trying to download it in a different browser (like Firefox) although every other video seems to play okay in my regular browser (Internet Explorer, latest version). I'm pretty sure it does handle the file type.

If you think of anything else, please pass it on as I'd love to view it. Thanks again for your concern and for whatever you can do!
