What I find so intriguing and alluring is the juxtaposition of beauty with... I think the best word is "corruption" (defined as impairment of integrity, virtue or moral principle). In this picture it occurs on both physical (physical integrity of the body) and implied moral ones. Even more alluring is her pose which clearly shows a willing embracement of that corruption.
