I think she looks a bit like Kristen Davis of Sex and the City fame too.

I love the saying. To me, it shows a bad girl side. She is going to smoke her cigarettes no matter what the non-smoking partner says or thinks, and eventually he will fall under her spell and begin to enjoy and respect her for smoking, maybe even get a little aroused by her smoking, and maybe even begin smoking himself. I think that is what she ultimately desires.
