Welcome, and thank you for the nice word! 
Won't you please tell us a little more about yourself and how / why you started smoking?
And how did you find your way to this forum?
To answer your question, I created the forum header images, and the images that they incorporate come from a variety of sources - cigarette print advertising, fashion images, public health sites, as well as a whole host of other miscellaneous places. The text (except where otherwise cited), editing, and design are my contribution.
