That's very impressive your hospital even still maintains outdoor smoking areas for its employees, and patients. Sorry for my shock, it's just I've heard of too many hospitals going super-crazy by passing those 'smoke-free campus' rules, and selfishly including all outdoor areas, regardless of how far away they are from entrances!
