Jeff, I have almost the same story. I was ten and was sneaking peeks at one of my older brothers men's mags and there was a B&W pic of an attractive woman sitting on a bed with her breasts exposed. She was smoking a cigarette, it was in her mouth and she was taking a drag. I think that is first time I remember getting an erection. It has been like that for the past 46 years. My smoking was always tied to women smoking either in pics, videos, or real life. I married a woman who also had the smoke fetish. Anyway...there are a ton of us out here. I quie smoking 5 months ago due to severe health reasons. When it some right down to it, I do not wish to die. Thanks for sharing, Jeff. p.s. I have been reading for awhile but my first post.
