First, Happy Birthday to the forum and many thanks to Vesperae for starting and maintaining it. Three years. Wow.
Re The header:
I live at the interface between wholesomeness and decadence.
That place where one reality and perception meets another reality and perception. Both are real. Both are who I am. I am a smoker.
I journeyed to this place deliberately, overcoming obstacles presented by my body's desire for clean air. I made it come along whether it wanted to or not.
Now, we journey together, exploring the interface, feeling the changes, and embracing the Risk as I pull death deep within me before releasing him. I watch the smoke rise and flow from my mouth, escaping from my lungs and know that a little remains, hidden, unseen, deep below the surface.
I wrap my lips around him and let his essence fill me again.
Wholesomeness and decadence.
