I don't really have a favorite header image, although some resonate with me more than others. "We Did It" certainly does. I think that the reason is the clear articulation of what every beginning smoker knows, on some level, that he/she is doing. For me, becoming a smoker was a very clear, well defined goal. I knew it would make me sick the first or even second or third times I tried it. I knew that it was my body's way of telling me that what I was doing was wrong. Yet, I was determined to make it right - to make the repeated introduction of cigarette smoke into my tender young lungs normal. In other words, to be come a smoker. I remember the sens of accomplishment I had when I smoked my first cigarette without becoming dizzy or nauseated. I had reached my goal and lit the slow burning fuse to bomb I had planted within my chest. I was a smoker.
