I was referring to Katrina Firlik, a stereotype of surgeons ("control freaks"), and an intended humorous hyperbolic oversimplification of her appreciation of the human body in pristine form ("purity issues"). 
"As for scrubbing in- I'm pretty sure you wouldn't come back from any surgery performed by me, seeing as I am not a doctor."
I was referring to any of the privileged medical personnel that you mentioned in your previous reply, as in - wouldn't it be outrageous if someone actually said that to her surgeon before an operation?
