Hi JJ, I started smoking nearly 3 years ago. Started smoking menthols then changed to ordinary cigars. For the first 2 years i was a light smoker but I had problems last year which caused me to increase the number I smoked. I also smoke cigars ( is this due to the dark attraction?)once or twice a week. How about yourself? Lynne
