I believe we transpose our own desires upon the images we see. If one finds smoking to be sexy and/or "bad" in an attractive and intriguing manner, one may well view the gorgeous leather clad woman with a cigarette in hand or dangling from her lips. I believe that media may fuel certain desires we possess to some degree. Just the same, our desires whether predisposed or acquired shape our thoughts, interests and desires.
