Part of the beauty of becoming a smoker is that the experience is very personal and private, even if others are around, although going through the process and remembering it is ultimately something that all smokers share in common.
"Smoking became even more attractive and soothing the cravings for nicotine is one of the great joys only smokers experience."
Also very true, and impossible to understand unless you experience it firsthand. Which is why I firmly believe that for most of us, discovering the psychological pleasure of responding to the craving for nicotine is much more powerful than the actual physical addiction is.
