Try a bread bag. You know, one of those plastic bags that your sliced loaf comes in.
It's probably not enough for your full lung capacity, but it should be enough for a decent re-inhale. And because they are at least partly transparent, you'll be able to see what you inhaling and exhaling if that is a requirement.
Otherwise, try balloons, which will likely hold more than one complete exhale of smoke. And since these things are made of rubber, re-inhaling will be no trouble at all.
These things will start to smell though, so disposal may be an issue if you don't want to get sprung after the fact.
