Very nice image, as was "For the Children" I'll comment on it when I have a little more time. As a nurse and a dedicated smoker, it resonated with me in several ways.
No, the woman who doesn't smoke is Not my equal. You see, I have so much more than she does, or ever will have. I have the confidence to smoke and publicly declare that I am willing to risk my health for self-indulgent physical pleasure. I have the knowledge that I have permanently changed my body, that my lungs will never be "Normal" I have the thrill, many times, every day, of indulging in "bad" behavior. Because I smoke, I have so much more than her. No, she is Not my equal and never will be.
